TFJoy, short for Tap For Joy, is a leading mobile game publisher for game companies that want to expand internationally. Our focus is on bringing high-quality games to various markets, providing the game in the local language as well as offering high-quality local support. With over 10 years of experience in the mobile game industry, 3 veterans set out to establish a mobile game company that would do more than simply publish games. They envisioned a game company that would offer continued support to players across the world, in their own language and for as long as they want the game to be supported. With this in mind TFJoy was founded in Hong Kong in 2013. Since then TFJoy has released various games in different markets and languages, with the number of markets we operate in increasing at a rapid pace. We pride ourselves on our market understanding and knowledge of country-specific distribution and marketing channels. 1. Help the Channel manager with the day-to-day handling of social media channels. Publishing content on different social platforms; 为了提高运营效率和客户满意度，我们需要你协助频道运营经理处理多个媒体品牌的YouTube及FB账号的日常更新；
2. Optimizing and editing the video content to make it more engaging. Create exciting thumbnails for video content, ensure high CTR’s across our channels; 优化和编辑需要发布的更新内容，利用文字编辑能力，创造能力和审美能力，为更新设计优质的文案与封面方案，吸引更多的观众点击观看；
3. Create high-quality SEO, oversee the creation of all copywriting such as Headline copy, description copy and pinned comment; 能够利用keywords、hashtag等功能优化每期视频，帮助我们的更新在平台搜索引擎中获得优势；
4. Manage and maintain the social media communities by interacting with subscribers and developing discussions. 管理与维护频道的线上社区，保持社区的活跃度与互动性;
5. Track, analyze and report data to gain insight and feedback from changes to help grow the channel. 跟踪、分析并整理频道的数据变化情况，从数据角度总结出可以帮助频道发展的策略与方向；
6. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and creators. 帮助日常运营工作中的公共关系的处理，如和创作者客户的沟通和解答问题；
7. Develop creative and engaging social media ideas, provide suggestions and the latest trends to our creators； 对近期热点和潜在的商业化具备一定的敏感度，可以对创作者选题提供参考并对视频内容提出优化建议；

1. An organized and self-motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and efficiently；
