    What you will do

    As our Workplace Coordinator, you like to think ahead and solve problems independently. We are looking for a person who is passionate about making our Tiqeteers happy, and to welcome our guests – when things are back to normal again – with a smile.

    You're the one who keeps the office rolling – the person that simply can't be missed. You're available to be present in-person every day, keeping the office a great place to work (and yes, styling, watering the plants and cleaning the coffee machine is all in a day's work).

    In our Amsterdam head office, we have two floors of 1200m² each, and at this moment we have a maximum of 20 people per floor, per day. The majority of our team is currently working from home. It’s likely we’ll move to a hybrid model where working from home will be combined with working from the office, in the near future. As Workplace Coordinator, you are responsible for keeping the office COVID-proof and make sure everything is arranged accordingly.

    As Workplace Coordinator, you also manage our external clients, partners, and suppliers (e.g., housekeepers and landlord), and part of your daily tasks is to order food and beverages (and fruit!), and be the contact person for our lunch caterers.

    Additionally, you manage all facilities in and around the office and are responsible for Asset Management. This includes maintaining an up-to-date floor plan, including desks & chair management, as well as the keytags and onboarding packages for new Tiqeteers. You will also be responsible for arranging all packages and post, and provide support to the various teams with onboarding and offboarding people. The Workplace Coordinator is also responsible for all BHV activities together with the lead BHV.

    We have some other projects in place for the upcoming months for you, so you definitely will not be bored! You'll report to the Head of People & Culture and work very closely with your colleagues in the People & Culture team, the department heads, and your colleagues in IT Support.


    • Welcoming all our guests and making them feel comfortable (when this is possible again)
    • Making sure our office is clean, well organized and a great place to work
    • Ensuring that the ordering of stationery and equipment is made on-time
    • Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
      Asset-management and arranging all mail-related matters
    • Manage office related suppliers, partners and clients.
    • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties and celebrations ((when this is possible again)


    • Excellent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
