As a Wellbeing Guide/Host,_ you will be the first point of contact for our guests or ‘voyagers_’ and serve as their guide throughout their entire experience at Renessence. From advising them on our services, treatments, concept store products and studio classes to informing them on our various membership options, keeping track of their preferences and profiles, booking them in and answering their questions. Your positive and welcoming energy and in-depth knowledge on our health & wellbeing services will make guests feel welcomed and at home, whether they are members or first timers, seeking to heal alone or in a community setting.
Your role a Renessence ambassador is to ensure an outstanding customer experience for all our members and guests throughout their voyage with us.
Your daily responsibilities include:
Welcoming our guests and members. Through your enthusiasm, warmth & knowledge everybody instantly feels taken care of, at home and at ease.
As the main point of contact for our guests, you are responsible for keeping track of their preferences & health needs, updating their profiles and communicating any necessary updates or questions to your fellow wellbeing guides or your operations manager.
You are responsible for registering new members and helping customers book their treatments & guide them in choosing the right treatment for them.
You will show members to the right treatment spaces, operate & clean the equipment and ensure that every guest has what they need to optimize and personalize their experience at Renessence.
You are to have a detailed knowledge of our treatments, services, products and pricing as well as the various memberships we offer, and you will receive in-depth training on these subjects.
You have an eye for detail and are expected to maintain the aesthetic and atmosphere of the space.
You will ensure that all the spaces and treatment rooms look in perfect shape, are clean and tidy in accordance with Renessence guidelines at all times.
You contribute to the team’s overall sales targets by encouraging guests to return through treatment recommendations and signing them up to become members.
You will be responsible for phone and email contact with our guests and report any complaints, suggestions & customer demands to the operations manager. We are always looking to optimize and improve how we can be of greater service.
You will assist your manager with daily tasks, projects, checklists, inventory, supplies and restock.
You will assist your manager when necessary in the training of new team members.
You will ensure guest confidentiality, including medical details and all information provided in confidence by our members
You are encouraged to share any personal ideas, thoughts and suggestions that can lead to the overall improvement of the customer journey at Renessence – we value the input and opinion of our team, and we are always looking to improve, develop and cultivate.

You are always at the ready to guide our guests, answer questions and exchange your thoughts and knowledge with them.
You are solution oriented, pick up on details and are always scanning the space and customer experiences to pick up on details that need taken care of or needs that need tending to.
You are part of the reason why guests return to Renessence; besides the high quality of our equipment and treatments, they turn to you for your knowledge and guidance on what service to book next, what product to purchase in store, beverage to try at the health food cafe or to just exchange a few comforting and calming words during a busy day.
You inspire guests to seek to live the best version of themselves and help them connect to their true soul.
You don’t have a nine to five mentality and are available to work early morning, evenings or weekends where necessary.
You are a team player and help contribute to the positive energy at the Renessence, you help you fellow colleagues where necessary and work together to create a heightened experience for all.
You are not afraid to share ideas, thoughts and suggestions and are always on the lookout for ways the customer experience, the space or the staff experience.
