    Website CRO Specialist

    We’re a global leader in on-demand custom manufacturing, working on the frontier between software and hardware. We need our website to reflect that.

    The 3D Hubs Marketing Team is a small team of expert specialists working with a minimum of oversight and a lot of freedom. We’re looking for an experienced and autonomous Website CRO Specialist to lead the development of our website, which is the face of the company and our most important asset in the customer conversion funnel.

    What you'll do:

      • You’ll be responsible for conversion and engagement rates across the whole website, report directly to the Marketing Director, and be the scrum master for a full-stack developer and a UX/UI designer.
      • Your first project will be to conduct a full site audit with the Marketing Director and define a roadmap for the website.
      • Your long-term goal is to maximise conversion and engagement rates across multiple kinds of pages - commercial landing pages, product/service information pages and SEO content pages. Performance will be measured on the quantity and quality of statistically significant improvements to all pages.
      • Conduct competitor and user research through both qualitative and quantitative methods.
      • Work closely with our in-house Design Team to shape, wireframe and design pages.
      • Work closely with our Content Lead and SEO Lead, and build strong relationships with many other teams in the company, to field and define projects to improve trust and clarity on the website.
      • Troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of front- and back-end issues on the website, such as broken links, outdated translations, copy update requests and tracking errors.

    What it takes:

      • At least 5 years of experience in performance-based marketing, with at least 1 year in a CRO-specific role, and a solid understanding of modern web development.
      • A strategic thinker who can build a cohesive narrative across the whole website.
      • A very good understanding of UX/UI principles and the psychology behind how people make decisions and engage with web pages.
      • You know how to get inside the minds of our target audience, conducting research to understand the nuances of their personas and decision making journeys.
      • Fluent english speaker with a knack for writing compact and persuasive copy.
      • Very data-driven and excellent with marketing analytics (GA, GSC, Screaming Frog, Hotjar, A/B testing, etc.). We have a great analytics stack, you need to know how to leverage it.
      • Immaculate organisation, clear communication and flawless project management.
      • Genuinely curious about manufacturing and hardtech. You don’t need experience in it, but you have to want to learn about it or you’ll struggle to understand our customers.
      • Experience in the following sweetens the deal: B2B marketing; manufacturing industry; user research; usability testing; SEO or paid search ads; data analysis; e-Commerce websites; HTML, CSS or JavaScript; visual design; brand positioning.

    Our recruitment process:
