    Warehouse Replenisher

    Our client is a multinational corporation specialized in retail and They have recently built a large new European distribution hub. Are you prepared to walk that extra mile for customers? Do you speak fluent English, have an eye for detail and at least several years? Then this role might just be for you!

    For one of our clients in Amsterdam we are looking for several warehouse replenishers to work in their newly built warehouse. In this position you will take ownership of managing the inventory and stock levels in the warehouse.

    Tasks:

    • Complete regular stock counts and diagnose any variances
    • Calculating stock levels
    • Coordination and ownership of accurate inbound checks
    • Use of metrics to report on individual stock control performance and review these with the team
    • Reporting
    • Working with other departments to ensure the inventory routine is followed closely


      • Checking on the put-away accuracy. Matching the put-away list vs. physical stocks.

      • Any discrepancies occur, record in the inventory accuracy tracker report.

      • Weekly Inbound and Outbound shipment transaction audit (Physical vs System)

    • Checking on the picking accuracy. Matching the physical vs. pick list.

    • Any discrepancies will be recorded and corrected accordingly

    Required skills:

    • Experience in a warehouse and logistics role, preferably in FMCG and working knowledge of inventory management
    • Experience in driving operational KPIs
    • A passion for data and using it to solve a business problem in an operations context
    • Competency using Excel/Google sheets and able to understand complex spreadsheets
    • A quick learner who can dive into new tools and be comfortable working with them
    • Fluency in English both written and spoken
    • Organisation and composure under pressure, with the ability to meet difficult seasonal peaks, workloads and deadlines
