    Warehouse Manager – English

    Our client is a leading global wholesale business-to-business supplier that offers a wide variety of products, brands and categories across the world. They cater to a large range of organisations - from small retailers to large brands. By using their services and technology infrastructure, companies can generate higher margins and greater turnover whilst reducing labour costs.

    Currently, they are looking for a Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for establishing a brand new facility in the Netherlands and setting up a team.

    Job Profile for Warehouse Manager
    Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

    • Lead the process of establishing a brand new warehouse facility in the Netherlands
    • Advise management on the strategic points and vision in regards to the facility
    • Work with and advise on import/export regulations and operations
    • Create and implement all warehouse policies, including Safety and Security
    • Recruit and manage a warehouse team of 4-5 employees (initially)

    Candidate Profile for Warehouse Manager

    • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
    • 5-10 years of experience in a Warehouse Management role or similar
    • Familiarity with Safety & Security policies is a must
    • Knowledge in import/export regulations is required
    • Experience with managing a team is a must
    • Great leadership skills
    • Proactive and initiative personality, a can-do attitude
    • Able to work hands-on but also advise on the strategic side of the project
    • Excellent communication skills. Able to build relationships and work with people from all levels/backgrounds
