The Warehouse Leader is responsible for lead operations and logistics services towards timely and accurate execution and responsible for optimal cost. Accurate and timely initiate and decide on the necessity to create, verify and consolidate documentation that is needed for warehouse management and for transportation.

Running a swift and smooth fulfillment and logistics operation.
Inbound and outbound logistics operations such as; transportation, inventory control.
Secure optimal shipping methods to meet shipping schedules and requests.
Monitor import and export documents and processes to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Monitor logistics partners performance through the development of KPIs and quarterly reviews.
Day-to-day management and development of the team (several part-time workers, several suppliers).
Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Act as a resource for peers and team.
Understand and utilize container-based delivery model to find process improvements and cost savings within area of responsibility and / or team.
One or more years of Supply Chain / Warehouse Management / Transportation Management System / Custom Clearance experience preferred.
Proficiency in verbal & written English required, Mandarin Chinese a big advantage.
Experienced Microsoft user.
Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and accurately.
Ability to work in a team oriented, fast paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested.
Collaborative workstyle required to be successful in this role.
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties.
Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
HBO or higher diploma.
