    Job Description

    In this role, you have the opportunity to

    Creating an End to End operating model with businesses and markets and establish a harmonized way of working. Continuous improvement of latest technology and tools. Managing external business partner(s) that provide solutions. Ensuring the solutions meet the requirements of end users across multiple business functions.

    Evangelizing and being a change agent for digitalization & Voice of the Consumer – help communicate results and learnings within own and other departments. Defining a future state and common ambition level.

    You are responsible for

    • Leading and managing the Voice of Consumer insights capability, especially insights from Natural Language Processing on Ratings and Reviews

    • Deploying the insights to markets, business groups and other stakeholders

    • Driving improvement actions and consumer experience KPI’s.

    • Leveraging Voice of Consumer insights at scale

    • Participating as Subject Matter Expert in deep-dive business projects

    • Driving the embedding of Voice of Consumer insights in end to end processes (from product development to launch to performance management)

    • Establishing a harmonized way of working

    • Managing the insights roadmap, ensuring the solutions keep meeting the requirements of end users across multiple business functions

    • Supporting the business owners /users pro-actively with expertise on Voice of Consumer (Ratings & Reviews)

    • Facilitating knowledge/best practice sharing within the organization

    • Managing external vendor/outsourced development team.

    • Aligning on regular basis on issues and improvements with vendor & run projects together (co-configuration).

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    • Master or Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

    • Min 5- 10 years of experience of professional experience

    • Experience in and understanding of Consumer Experience drivers & processes.

    • Understanding of how R&R/UGC impacts online marketing and product development

    • Strong analytical skills Clear affinity with market research and data

    • Ability to approach topics both from an operational, tactical and strategic perspective

    • Experience with managing internal and external stakeholders, seniority.

    • Eager to represent the voice of consumers strongly throughout the organization.

    • Fluency in business English
