    UX designer

    Why do we need you?

    Over the past two years, we have built a solid foundation for our platform. We are proud of what we achieved, but we are ready for the next level. That’s why we need an experienced UX designer who will bring experience and fresh perspective to our product. We want new ideas, a new angle of approach and a new push for our product. How can we improve the flow in our app? How can we increase the user experience of our learners? How can users learn more - in less time?

    We are pioneers in our field, so there is lots of unexplored digital territory to be discovered. That means we need someone that loves to experiment, try out and test new things before implementing. You can put yourself in the shoes of our users to find out what they need and then come up with the right solution for them. And of course, we need you to make beautiful and appealing visual designs that enhance the experience in our apps and keeps learners hooked for more.

    Finally, we want you to challenge us and be critical of what we deliver to users, so that we truly get the smoothest and best user experience out there.


    Specifically, what we would expect you to deliver over the next 6-12 months?

    • You will be part of one of our squads working on a specific part of the platform (e.g., mobile learning apps, customer self-service portal, backoffice) and you will be responsible for designing the user experience for that squad;
    • You design user flows and create the corresponding visual design;
    • You do research, ideate, prototype, test and experiment to validate your designs for new features and improvements on the platform;
    • Your designs contribute to increasing the engagement of our learners on the platform;

    You will also be part of our design chapter, which is the place where all our designers meet to share experiences and where you help set-up standardized processes and experiments;


    In an ideal world, who would you be?

    • You’re a critical thinking and a hands-on contributor;
    • You’re experienced in UX and interactive design, preferably in product teams;
    • You’re experienced in designing complex projects throughout the complete product life cycle from research to design to usability testing;
    • You’re data driven, you value facts backed up by actual data over opinions;
    • You understand design systems, including atomic design;
    • You’re able to develop designs with various styles for A/B testing and multiple concepts to provide additional options;
    • You’re proficient in at least one UI/UX design tool (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision, Marvel, Figma, Adobe suite);
    • You are able to manage inventory of design elements and generate style guides;

    We value capabilities over formal experience, yet what would we love to see on your resume?

    • 2-3+ years of experience in UX an UI Design;
    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant design field;
    • Agency experience is a plus;
