You will be joining the newly formed and growing Product Design team. Together we will gain a deep understanding of our customers across Europe and support our product teams in doing user research themselves. You will own the research for a domain and lead proactive exploratory initiatives, as well as evaluative research.
What you'll be doing:
In close collaboration with our current User Experience Researcher, our User Experience Designers, and our Product Managers, you will investigate problems, identify research opportunities, and help grow our team’s research muscle! Your ultimate goal is to help us understand our customers and investigate our assumptions.

Establish and structure a high-level view of our customers in your domain across multiple markets and cultures in Europe
Lead user research in collaboration with product teams in your domain
Contribute to our growing research practice
