    Used Car Project Management Internship

    Please note: In order to be considered, you must be enrolled in higher education for the full duration of the internship

    The internship assignment
    The Used Car Operations Internship is a great opportunity to shape and deliver on a strategy to engineer an innovative solution to market Used Tesla Vehicles, and handle our vehicle trade-in business. In this fast-paced position, you will learn about general administrative duties and processing of operational tasks. You will work closely with a global and EMEA Used Car Operation team to address our customer’s need, concerns, requests from the field and their trainings. You will communicate many functions of Tesla’s business – including Sales, Delivery, Service, Finance and Tax and coordinate their tasks from a Used Car Operations perspective.

    Learning goals & Tasks
    • Prepare specific used car materials, perform localized trainings to different internal teams, measure, and report your results.
    • Drive used car operations improvements for EMEA by identifying and developing new tools to improve operations efficiency.
    • Create and design trade documentation for customers
    • Deep dive into selected topics : legal, tax, finance questions.
    • Participate in executing controls for compliance and operational risks.
    • Communicate with leasing companies and bank to request ownership transfer and legal document (VAT invoice, settlement).
    • Gather information on ways to develop and implement a more robust Operations Measurement process and way of reporting.
    • Learn business of various markets from EMEA.
    • Ad hoc projects.

    • Proven record of prioritizing effectively and handle shifting priorities.
    • Proactive and resourceful.

    • Fluent in English, a second European language (German, Norwegian, French) is preferred.
