    Job Description

    In this role, you have the opportunity to

    build best in class service parts experience and the best in class global repair/refurbish/exchange network for customers and consumers in support of the Direct to Consumer ambition and other Personal Health goals.

    You will lead of the Service Parts Business & Repair/Refurbish squads, which are empowered, one-room, self-propelling cross-functional teams in the Agile DMEC D2C clan.

    As owner of the Service Parts & Refurb Business globally across all channels (B2B, B2C) you will manage the Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet, leveraging the squads as well as the global virtual service parts & network teams to manage the global service network infrastructure and performance towards customers and consumers as well as the businesses & markets.

    The Tribe Leader Service Business uses data analytics and fast customer/consumer feedback to drive continuous improvement with the squads, other tribes, markets, businesses and functions as well as creating a long term strategy/roadmap to deliver breakthrough programs/projects to drastically improve performance and expand capabilities.

    You are responsible for

    • Accountable for Service Parts & Refurb Business performance (customer/consumer and financials) and other targets for the tribe as agreed with the Clan leader
    • Accountable for In Warranty cash out/Cost of Non Quality related to Service and defining the service policy with businesses
    • Design and deploy processes, systems and enablement (incl. training) to deliver and act on insights related to service and enable close loop workflows to improve the customer/consumer experience
    • Work closely and effectively with internal/external stakeholders, build strong alliances, coordinate with tribe lead(s) and others on dependencies through stand-ups, portfolio wall planning, and business reviews to align on the priorities
    • Responsible for the interaction/coordination/priority setting and budget management within the team based on customer/consumer value through backlog management, daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, refinement sessions and retrospectives in a one-room environment
    • Fine tuning of the tribe composition based on business dynamics and learnings
    • Aligns product portfolio with businesses, the customer base/contracts/commercial policy with markets and supply base with Procurement/Integrated Supply Chain
    • Manage performance of 3rd party providers and service network towards Philips and customers/consumers
    • Manage data and financial flows with the service network
    • Directly manage the EU7 operations through the repair/refurb squad

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    • Master or comparable practical experience in Supply Chain Management
    • Minimum 10 years of professional experience
    • Superior analysis, research, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Fluency in Business English
    • Has superior facilitation skills and stakeholder management skills
    • Broad business domain knowledge: Has knowledge to advise clients and make most independent decisions (incl. requirements)
    • Able to flourish in a high organizational complex environment with multiple agile teams to liaise with
    • Proven experience in building and transforming an organization from people, tooling, data and process
    • Broad team management experience required
    • Identify and manage continuous improvements and innovation with the team

    • Ability to interpret and report on performance and make recommendations to business stakeholders incl. senior management.

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
