Adyen is looking for a self-starter who will scale our Treasury (cash management and payout) solution together with our partners. This role falls within the Merchant Finance & Treasury team that is responsible for Adyen's treasury operations. You will join the team that is managing liquidity in over 30 currencies across different time zones. The goal of Merchant Finance & Treasury is to provide our merchants the fastest and most efficient solution to receive their funds. Our next goal is to scale the credit offering to our merchants.
For this role we are looking for someone with a background in treasury in a financial institution or consultancy firm advising financial institutions, with strong analytical skills who has experience in optimizing funding needs, FX management, counterparty risk monitoring and liquidity planning. In addition, you are able to design and organize a project as well as taking end-to-end responsibility for the implementation.
Manage and monitor treasury ratios (such as LCR and NSFR);
Manage and monitor currency and cash exposures;
Design and implement credit offering solutions, including determining possible funding needs and the best way to obtain these funds;
Work closely together with commercial, data and IT development teams within Adyen, as well as external partners;
Who you are
Strong analytical skills;
Hands-on mentality, willing to dive in to the details and work together with IT-development team to solve (operational) issues;
5 years treasury experience obtained in a financial institution or consultancy firm advising financial institutions;
There are no set career tracks, you are able to create your own path and hierarchy is less important to you;
You are able to structure and prioritize in a rapidly-changing environment. This industry is constantly moving and Adyen is expanding across the world.
