    NIKE is looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to join the Global Cash & Banking Team at NIKE’s European Headquarters located in the Netherlands. The Global Cash & Banking Team is a group within Global Treasury that ensures all NIKE entities around the world have adequate liquidity to conduct business and is responsible for centralizing any excess cash.


    • Support 100+ European operating and holding entities in all aspects of Treasury including banking, infrastructure, controls, investments, funding and operations
    • Manage several concurrent regional and global projects to support NIKE’s rapidly growing and constantly evolving business
    • Work closely with your Global Treasury colleagues, external banking partners and other relevant stakeholders to develop strategies aimed at enhancing cash- and liquidity management, including eCommerce payments ecosystem and providing cost-effective funding solutions
    • Serve as a consultant to the business, actively participating in cross-functional meetings, providing guidance and direction on Treasury related matters
    • Ensure all European entities are compliant with Treasury policies and controls
    • Be able to quickly troubleshoot and resolve various operational issues
    • Have a keen ability to continuously reprioritize deliverables
    • Actively develop and support continuous improvement efforts
    • Develop talent in the team, drive engagement, motivation and fun


    • At least 7 years or more Corporate Finance experience (preferably in a Global or Regional Treasury center) at a publicly traded multinational company
    • At least 7 years of Treasury operations experience, intercompany funding experience and cash flow forecasting experience preferred
    • Direct experience conducting request for proposals and implementing or improving cash, banking and eCommerce payments (infra)structures
    • Direct experience leading transformation projects, including teams, such as treasury management systems and cash and liquidity infrastructures implementations preferred
    • Strong project management capabilities and proven track record
    • Significant understanding of and experience with the eCommerce payment ecosystem
    • Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools; Significant experience using multiple Internet Banking Systems, SAP (S/4 Hana), Bloomberg and Murex strongly preferred
    • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills on cross-functional and different organizational levels
    • Experience working regularly with cross functional teams (at both a corporate and operating entity level) plus ability to network and influence across several groups
    • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
    • Excellent sense of urgency and ability to quick apply the right priorities
    • Ability to learn quickly and stay current on industry and marketplace trends
