WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for a Transformation manager with experience of large scale change efforts on cross-functional teams. You have experience delivering training/coaching workshops with the ability to work effectively at all levels in the organization with a high degree of independence. You have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, and have exceptional communication skills both written, verbal and visual, with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
You will be responsible for preparing and enabling the DSM organization for change, you will ensure x-capability change is successfully adopted and measure adoption and business case benefits.
You will be responsible for gathering and co-ordinating transition plans for all other capabilities to ensure alignment.
You will define E2E DSM culture, ways of working, skills and competencies with our leadership and extended leadership teams, you will lead our roll out of Agile, as well as defining our DSM communications strategy, working with our SWAT teams and HR teams also when relevant.
Each year you will lead our communications intern.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
In this role, you will work within the Portfolio Management team collaborating closely with key partners including our Product management teams, HR teams, Ways of working teams and SWAT, to understand requirements and improve opportunities to drive knowledge into change action. You will also support overall project coordination as assigned to ensure team goals are met and exceeded.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
At least 5-6 years’ experience in management consulting, HR or change/transition management position
A Demonstrated track record of managing and leading organizational transformations.
Ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives while driving accountability on day-to-day operations
Exceptional communications skills, written, verbal and visual.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
History of working with Product management teams preferred.
