Tasks and responsibilities
For our Platform Consulting and Training team we are looking for a Training Specialist (f/m/d). The Training team has a central function by driving and optimizing the knowledge transfer regarding all topics about our technical solutions for booking and optimizing Online Video and Addressable TV campaigns. In this role you will gain a deep knowledge of our systems and a good understanding of the online advertising industry. You combine your methodical, educational and (online) media skills to act as an expert to facilitate internal knowledge transfer, consultancy and support internal and external clients.
This position mainly consists of:
Coordinate and conduct webinars and platform trainings using Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or similar programs and upload recordings into LMS.
Develop and design learning material, coordinate and conduct online training sessions, by incorporating current technology in developing specific e-Learnings, knowledge articles and screencasts.
Evaluate information from internal departments and business stakeholders in order to review and update existing material.
Run demonstrations of our technical booking platform and system features and provide training to individuals and users groups.
Consultancy of internal departments and stakeholders with regards to new platform features.
Requirements and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in training, adult education, and/or multimedia training materials development
About 2 - 5 years experience in a similar position, ideally in online media with a focus on e-learning, product training and any training related topic
This is an individual contributor role requiring educational, product and technological knowledge and a consultative approach.
a keen interest in online advertising and the new media
Good team spirit, strong organizational and communication skills with internal and external clients
Experience with an audio and video editing software is a plus
Very good communication skills in English, written and verbally
