    Traffic Manager Online sales

    For the department Sales of Athlon International we are looking for a Traffic manager – online sales. (38 hours)
    What you will do
    You are responsible for the digital marketing activities with the main responsibility of driving traffic to our ecommerce offers via multiple channels. This marketer must have vast experience in SEO/SEM, launching PPC campaigns, deal with online bidding processes, simultaneously recruiting new affiliates, and setting up an affiliate program, registering with existing affiliate networks, setting up display campaigns, email marketing campaigns and social media paid advertisements. The traffic manager will report to the SME/Online management team, will manage big budgets and will develop further abilities with the local digital marketers. You will have the responsibility to monitor all the traffic driven to the Athlon’s ecommerce platforms in multiple countries, optimize these channels and will be the POC for other digital marketing & commercial stakeholders.
    Qualities we value the most
    • +5 years’ experience with digital marketing
    • Experience with affiliate marketing
    • Experience with using data analytics tools effectively
    • Experience in managing SEO/SEM campaigns
    • Forecasting marketing campaign costs and expected ROI
    • Set up reasonable campaign KPI’s
    • Train, guide and monitor a team of digital marketers in multiple markets
    • Assist in developing a digital content marketing strategies
    • Create and manage link building strategy
    • Build visual reports to the management team so they can make smart decisions
    • Fluency in English

    You will be part of the team Business Development & Marketing within the commercial domain of Athlon International. The commercial team members are located in different countries. Next to the commerce team you will be in contact with the teams from the markets as well as the specialist from other functional domains; Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance and legal.
