PURPOSE OF THE JOB

At the moment we are looking for a: Territory Manager Radio Frequency who will be responsible for our main key accounts across Netherlands.
Responsible for sales revenue and growth, the Territory Manager Radio Frequency should be able to attend clinical situations, offering informed advice on the use, settings and application of implantable devices used. Full product training will be given. You have a pioneering spirit and be prepared to be flexible and supportive across territory boundaries to ensure that all customer service needs are met through effective team working.
You are someone who enjoys making new connections and opening new doors. You will take care of the existing accounts as well as opening new ones. You are an entrepreneur by nature who will make contact with the right Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Decision-Making Units (DMU’s).
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage customer relationships and provide service to optimize continuing sales revenues from existing accounts whilst also developing market penetration strategies to establish new accounts within the assigned territory.
To present relevant products, advising clinicians on the appropriate features and benefits of each.
To educate clinicians to a ‘stand-alone’ level of competence and confidence.
To understand the dynamics of the local healthcare market and competitors’ strategies impacting the accounts within the assigned sales territory.
To maintain up to date technical knowledge of relevant therapies, relevant products, clinical practice, local disease management strategies, regulatory requirements, quality standards and business policies.
To provide prompt and accurate verbal and written feedback to management on specific issues as they arise, including the current position of sales, sales opportunities, quotations outstanding and other business pending together with a review of opportunities for future sales.
EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
Degree in life science, business administration or equivalent
You have several years’ experience in a similar role within pharma or medical devices industry
You think out of the box and bring new ideas to the table
You are curious by nature and always find the best ways to approach new stakeholders
You speak fluent Dutch and English
The ability to organize a diverse and complex workload.
Moral, ethical and professional image always coupled with strong communication skills
