We source candidates for multiple role levels within Software Engineering, Solution Architecture and Technology Consulting for our global stakeholders.     What You’ll Do

    • Partner with EPAM’s internal Talent Acquisition teams as part of our hiring efforts to build a bigger and better EPAM
    • Work with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
    • Directly source candidate across multiple technical skillsets, levels and locations in UK/Europe
    • Use relevant sourcing techniques to attract the best candidates for each role, build pipelines and review CVs
    • Manage your candidates through the recruitment process from initial CV/phone screening, present CVs to the business, arrange interviews, seek offer approvals and communicate these offers directly to candidates
    • Build strong relationships with a range of EPAM colleagues globally

    Requirements

    • Agency or internal recruitment experience within the field of Software Engineering, Solution Architecture and Technology Consulting
    • Must have very good experience resourcing for mid-senior technical roles across some of the following – Java, .Net, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), DevOps, Data & Analytics/Big Data, Digital, Mobile (Android/iOS), Salesforce, Sitecore, Adobe (AEM/Campaign)
    • Experience managing multiple requirements from multiple hiring managers
    • Comfortable interacting with senior business/technology stakeholders
    • Confident phone screening candidates
    • Comfortable working in a very fast paced results driven environment
    • An entrepreneurial and professional attitude, can manage your own workload, with the ability to prioritise and adapt quickly
    • A passion for technology
