Booking.com is looking for a Technology Product Manager to join our Horizontal Business Services department at our Amsterdam headquarters.
About Order Platform
Order Platform is a track within Booking.com’s Horizontal Business Services and Central Technology organization focusing on all aspects of order data. Our vision is to drive reliable and compliant order flow in and out of the booking ecosystem
The order platform aims to enable Booking.com to place multi-product orders in a fast, reliable, and compliant way. The platform connects with the vertical and the horizontal platforms of the business allowing them to access data and react to order events fast and seamlessly. We allow the business to quickly check out orders, sell new products, execute and add new workflows, trigger AI and automated feedback to order events, help the customer, and generate order reports and views.
We are aiming to detach and own the orchestration layer over and above “the order” across booking.com. This is a highly visible role involving the biggest dataset within the booking ecosystem and is directly under the CEO/CIO purview.
Own the long-term vision of the product, inspire the team to achieve the vision by effectively sharing your message.
Guide new features and services from inception to launch while keeping internal and external customers at the center of everything.
Collect/give feedback and input from/to a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
Use data to make informed decisions about what the team should work on next, analyze how it is implemented and what the results are.
Develop and prioritize the backlog to continuously improve the products and services of your team.
Because your opinion is data-driven, you will define key business and product success metrics, track them, and improve upon them.
At least 3 years of experience in building products as a Product Manager.
Strong affinity with technology, especiallymiddleware products and API-driven architecture
Previous hands-on experience as an engineer, or equivalent technical role, is a nice to have.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.

Ability to see the big picture, without losing sight of the product details.
An analytical orientation and strong problem-solving skills demonstrated by the ability to structure issues and analyze alternative solutions.
