    Technical SEO specialist at Randstad Global in Diemen
    your typical day includes

    As a technical SEO specialist, you are working on an important global service we deliver from Randstad Global, to our local operations companies: the global public web platform for the operating companies of Randstad. This is where talents can look for a job that fits them, seek advice on their career and read interesting articles about the world of work.

    On a day to day basis you will work as a member of the global product team for the web platform and also with the teams of external suppliers. You will support the preparations for the website migrations, review the staging sites, and monitor the performance of countries that went live and take action where necessary. You will work closely with and report to the global SEO manager who is part of the global digital marketing team and provide input for a SEO friendlier platform where possible.

    your responsibilities

    • testing staging sites before go-live

    • using tools such as ScreamingFrog and DeepCrawl to crawl websites, understand the results, write up reports and make recommendations on improvements

    • providing input for further developments of the platform

    • monitoring and reporting of the performance after the go-live of each site

    • define necessary actions where needed to grow or restore the traffic

    your background

    • excellent understanding of white hat SEO principles and Google’s best practices

    • excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills

    • have a customer centric mindset

    • ability to spot technical improvements beyond the regular crawler tools

    • ability to spot trends in data that can help diagnose technical issues with our websites

    • excellent team player skills

    • ability to create and edit Google DataStudio reports

    • good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript


    • master’s/bachelor’s degree, preferably in web development


    • 5+ years of experience in technical SEO

    • work experience as a web developer is preferred
