About the Role
Uber's EMEA Tech Recruiting team is a passionate group of recruiters responsible for hiring across our four EMEA Tech Sites: Amsterdam, Aarhus, Vilnius, and Sofia. Hailing from 7 different countries, our diverse team hires top flight software engineers, product managers, engineering leaders, and data scientists who develop the future of the Uber platform.
You will take on a variety of roles across the region and collaborate with your teammates and the business to fill them quickly and thoughtfully. The teams you support are critical to Uber's business and include Money, FinTech, Sustainability, Infrastructure, AdTech, Driver, and Vehicles to name a few.
What You'll Do
Recruit end to end: Sourcing to closing and everything in between, you'll own your pipeline, process, and success.
Delight candidates: You'll get your energy from delivering an engaging, elegant candidate experience. Your candidates will feel their relationship to you is 1-1.
Manage stakeholders: Your hiring managers will no doubt be demanding but don't worry! You will help them achieve their goals by delivering diverse, world class engineering talent while managing their high expectations along the way.
Partner internally: We have an outstanding People Team at Uber. You'll collaborate with specialists in compensation, D&I, benefits, HR, and mobility to deliver results.
Analyze data: Uber is a data driven company and Talent Acquisition is no exception. We measure our success (and our failure) by the numbers. You will be given access to endless data but it will be up to you to interpret it and take action.
