At Kramp Hub we’re building a multi-tenant microservice platform and a Data Hub that will steer the decisions and directions of the immense business we are in, having 3 million euros in revenue going through the system daily.
* Purpose of the role of Business Analyst @Kramp Hub* Analyzing the business needs of the client and stakeholders to help identify problems and propose solutions. Work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze and communicate and validate requirements for changes Produces requirements which distinctly state the business needs to enhance the competitiveness of our company. Acts as a bridge in between the current challenges and issues and the answers to mend it. Consistently working on improving or updating our product, a multi-tenant microservice platform, in the way architects meant to build it.
Understanding the product and its future developments to its core
Translate user and business needs into requirements and user stories that can be picked up by the backend and frontend development teams
Taking ownership of the product roadmap and supporting PO’s on the backlog grooming
Researching and conducting data analysis and making recommendations in support of resolution of issues or new features
Collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams, participating and providing guidance in UAT sessions
Communicating the benefits of your recommendations across stakeholders and teams and assist to address and resolve uncertainty or unclarity
Challenging presumptions of the client and stakeholders on how they can execute their product strategy successfully
Collaborating proactively with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs, functional requirements and delivering user cases and interface design as when required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with technology focus, such as computer science
3+ years of relevant experience in the BA field and the e-commerce domain
Digitally clever and up to date: You know your digital trends and the challenges and opportunities that come with them. You have hands-on experience with technologies and have successfully worked together with other digital professionals in the past.
3+ years of experience with business and information modelling techniques, methods and tools
Experience, in practice, with Agile teams
Analytical & data driven: You see the bigger picture, but you are also able to see the details that eventually make or break the product. You understand that data tells a story and that data can provide insights that help you experiment and tailor the product to exceed customer expectations.
Self-motivated & self-guiding: You take initiative & have the ability to multitask and prioritize numerous responsibilities with little direction - there are always new things to do
Communicative: You actively establish, build and maintain relationships with all company stakeholders on different levels.
