    What will be your tasks and responsibilities?

    As a Teammanager you will lead a competent team of 15 employees with a lot of experience. You also have to coach new joiners. Some people with a technical background and a part more sales/customer oriented. You and your team are responsible for handling customers orders, incoming questions and complaints. At the end of the day you will bring out a report to the Regional Director in Norway.
    Our journey is only completed when the customer is satisfied with the finished solution we gave them. That should be the starting point of each employee. We offer an extensive service and one of your tasks is to coach your employees to provide the optimal service. You think along in processes and analyze situations to achieve a success together.

      At least 3 years' experience in a management position.

      you have experience in leading change management and process management

      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      you are curious and driven by creating results with the help of your team

      you can travel 25 days a year – primarily to meet the Regional Operations team (pears)

      It’s not a requirement, but it’s an advantage when you have some industry knowledge

      Are visible and active in the management of your team by providing refute feedback on performance and behavior

      Are stress resistant. Even in busy periods you know how to motivate your team to stay concerned and keeping up te good spirit

      Optimize and further develop operational processes so we can create the greatest possible value for the customers

      You take care of the fact that everything goes according to plan

      Take care of administrative work, help with problem solving and talk to customers from time to time while collaborating with your peers to ensure the best use of location resources

      Run the office and ensure that the team's practical facilities work optimally.
