    Teamcoordinator Safety, Health and Environment Offshore (all genders)

We are looking for a passionate Teamcoordinator SHE Offshore (all genders) who will contribute to this and that might be you?

    Your contribution to TenneT

    As a teamcoordinator for the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) team Offshore you:

    • assist and support the current head and the team of the SHE department especially in cross-area SHE related topics
    • coordinate the tasks of the Offshore SHE team, acting as sparring partner for the team and support the team in cross-area related questions
    • you create cross-area strategies and concepts
    • are responsible to manage cross-area SHE related topics/projects e.g. safety culture

    Your Profile and background

    • You hold a bachelor or master’s degree in Safety and Security Management, Safety or Environmental Technology, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or comparable
    • You have several years of experience working in the Offshore/martime surrounding
    • Project management skills are desirable
    Furthermore, you are:
    • highly passionated regarding Safety, Health and Environment (HSE is in your heart and your mind)
    • dynamic, enthusiastic, intrinsically motivated and you take responsibility and ownership
    • a team player contribution to an exceptional team cohesion of a corporate team
    • a strategic thinker with hands-on mentality, consequently you have the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and to become acquainted with a range of Topics
    • eager to learn and change
    • fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, as well as in one other further language, either Dutch or German
    • willing to travel
