In this dynamic role you facilitate and motivate a team of appr. 15 customer contact agents who are committed to solving customer issues by telephone. You realize the importance of your team’s awareness of the latest technology, you know how to get to the core of the question or problem, and above all, you ensure the customer ends the interaction with a smile.

What will you be doing?
Conduct qualitative coaching, assessment, and performance interviews with your team
Sparring with the Business Unit Manager and your direct colleagues about the results (KPIs) and how we are going to make them even better

What are we looking for?
You are immediately available for 32-40 hours a week.
Leadership experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound environment.
The will to excel, but you will only really be happy if your team excels.
Flexible attitude, you also work in in the evenings and occasionally on Saturdays.
You are fluent in French and fluent in English or Dutch.
You are living in the Netherlands.
