    All about the role

    The Team Lead Planning is leading a team of 10 planners who are responsible for making the optimal weekly courier planning in the 30 cities where our logistic service Scoober operates. Maximizing courier efficiency as well as minimizing waiting times and order duration is the continuous challenge the plan team is working on. For this the planners make use of internal planning software. Aside from the plan team, you will work closely together with the Business Planner, the City Operations Managers and the Operation Team Leads. This person reports directly to the Country Manager Operations.

    Your daily work includes:

    • Leading and supporting the team of 10 planners

    • Performance analysis and KPI management

    • Stakeholder management

    • Continuous process improvement

    Last mile delivery is only at the beginning of further optimizing processes and utilizing data and technology. The perfect moment to jump on board!

    Can you deliver…

    • University degree or equivalent experience

    • At least 2 years of people management experience, preferably in the operational or planning field

    • Fluency in English

    • Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets skills

    • Organizational understanding: Ability to connect data with real live operations

    • Forward-thinking and independent way of working

    • Problem solving / thinking in solutions

    • Team is based in Amsterdam and Groningen; weekly travel between them is expected
