Leading an international measurement team within the Performance Marketing department of Just Eat Takeaway is a varied role packed with exciting challenges at a tactical and strategic level. Tasked with defining the roadmap on topics like incrementality, attribution, CDP implementations for web and App marketing.

• Expand and develop the Measurement team, helping them achieve great work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment;

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define a successful measurement and marketing strategy;

• Coordinate the need for analyses for the PMKT channels;

• Visualize key insights in Tableau and Google Data Studio;

• Safeguard effective web and app tracking;

• Assist the Performance Marketing teams in audience creation within our proprietary CDP platform;

• Ensure correct data gathering and processing methods;

• Expand and cultivate an incrementality mindset within the department to improve marketing effectiveness;

• Able to shift gears between partner agencies and internal teams;

So, you've got the skills to help us improve the Performance Marketing department. But does our search end with you? Here are a few extra things we're looking for…

• 7+ years' experience in app & web marketing roles

• 2+ years' of managing a team and successfully developing strategy, structure & individual performance

• A firm understanding of the whole performance marketing ecosystem; SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Performance Display & Digital Media

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering or similar

• Heavy analytical approach of thinking and solving problems
