We are looking for someone passionate and experience with candidate research, market intelligence, passive candidate outreach, leadership sourcing, and relationship development. We need someone interested in innovating on process, understanding emerging recruitment technologies, and building out key recruiting projects. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in multiple different geographies across EMEA and at ease contacting passive, all level talent. Our Sourcers are specialized in sourcing processes, including managing complex candidate pipelines, presenting to multiple stakeholders (HR and Business), and innovating on sourcing processes.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you will partner with TA Recruiters and TA Managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs while crafting creative strategies to engage passive, high-performing digital/analytics talent.
You will proactively assess technical talent for specialized and hard-to-fill roles across Nike Direct Digital to Consumer, Insights and Analytics and other EMEA functions with a sharp focus on mapping the external marketplace and managing diverse pipelines.
You will actively engage with passive candidates and maintain a pipeline of diverse talent across different levels.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the TA Manager for Digital and Insight & Analytics and collaborate with Recruiters across the EMEA team .
Dynamic talent sourcing experience ideally across Digital and Analytics and Retail Corporate roles in a competitive hiring landscape
2+ years' full cycle recruitment and/or technical sourcing experience with focus on talent mapping, developing diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and digital sourcing channels.
Great communication and presentation skills
Experience developing complex search strategies to identify & attract diverse passive talent
