    Talent & Performance Associate

    The Talent & Performance team within People International is looking for an energized and engaged new team member with a strong data analytics background to support them in the design, development and delivery of targeted Talent projects for our business across Europe. Able to identify, build and deliver strategic initiatives which support the implementation of our Talent strategy. As part of a small but dynamic central team, must be able to collaborate with teams across the business on a wide remit covering performance management, career development and talent management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide support to the team in the design, set up and execution of a number of international initiatives related to Talent and Performance.
    • Support management in identifying key people metrics and support in building the people data analytics dashboard.
    • Undertake research and analysis to provide meaningful insight to the business and develop reports for management
    • Collaborate with other team members and departments to successfully develop and implement customer focused solutions to address talent needs.
    • Design and draft communications, training and supporting material to ensure successful roll-out and implementation of new initiatives.

    The Ideal Candidate will
    • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
    • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Experience in project/program management.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
    • Advanced Microsoft Suite and SharePoint skills.
    • Experience with PowerBI, Workday and Service Now is a plus.
