This role is to optimize, implement and manage internal talent mobility channels across Booking.com. Working with our external and internal partners this is a unique opportunity to lead the architecture of a business wide talent mobility strategy. Following investment in headcount and technology this greenfield opportunity is an enterprise wide initiative to ensure we have the right talent, in the right role at the right time across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:
Instrumental in designing how we strategically move our talent across the organisation, ensuring we have the right people, in the right roles at the right time.
Develop a 3-year talent mobility roadmap that supports building the foundation for talent mobility with clear plans towards maturity
Lead a cross functional team including internal hiring, promotions, international assignments, to map out talent mobility channels and create policies on when and how these channels should be used to enable the strategic movement of our talent
In collaboration with our People & Research Analytics, Diversity and Recruitment teams, build a framework for how we track and report on talent mobility across the organization - building the foundations in the first year with clear plans for how we can continue to mature our reporting and gain insights into our internal talent mobility and flows.
Partner with our organizational design team and align the talent mobility framework to our future workforce planning needs.
What you need to do it:
Previous experience with having designed talent mobility programs with proven impact within the technology sector..
Experience having worked with Senior Leaders
Skilled at building relationships in a matrixed global environment with excellent project and stakeholder capabilities.
Proven track record of success and career advancement within organisations
Strong data and reporting capability.
