Based in the European Headquarters in Hilversum, this role will be a key member of the Talent Attraction & Engagement team within the Global Talent Acquisition function. You will build and drive talent attraction and engagement strategies across the EMEA region. You will deliver attraction and engagement plans to make Nike the employer of choice.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Develop and activate end-to-end talent attraction & engagement strategies across the EMEA region and select geographies.
Partner closely with TA and business leaders to gain a deep understanding of how business groups operate and understand their hiring needs.
Deliver comprehensive attraction & engagement plans by partnering with Candidate Engagement, Communications, and Diversity Talent Sourcing to drive talent to Nike against critical metrics.
Use and influence the digital ecosystem to bring the talent brand positioning to life.
Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate digital strategy across media, creative, and website experiences.
Plan and organize events as needed to build innovative and personalized experiences for key talent in partnership with the HQ and other regions
Serve as an advisor to TA partners and business leaders on strategies to reach and engage talent via traditional and non-traditional media channels.
Attend business leadership and recruiting team meetings – providing insights including data and QBRs.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE:
Minimum 5 years' experience and expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, talent branding, digital strategy, digital ecosystem development, advertising, communications, analytics, and/or marketing
Ability to deliver strategic programs to increase talent brand awareness, and boost candidate engagement
Strong brand and marketing strategic skills; understanding the principles of advertising and digital media in talent attraction and acquisition
Results-oriented, forward-thinking, creative, able to challenge assumptions while providing a high-quality work product
Experience working with agencies, developing creative briefs, and producing engaging content
Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time timelines, and within budget parameters
Driven self-starter who demonstrates comfort with ambiguity and can excel in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
