    Job description

    iBanFirst is accelerating its development and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to reinforce the Talent team. This position will be based in Rotterdam.

    You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager in Paris and will be in charge of recruiting the best talent for the iBanFirst BeNeLux teams.

    What you will do

    • Identify, qualify and attract the best talent,
    • Conduct the first phone screen,
    • Meet the candidates,
    • Write up attractive job-adds,
    • Supporting managers in their recruitment needs,
    • Coordinate the interviews with Hiring Managers and the Talent team,
    • Take care of the onboarding of new recruits,
    • Keep our database up to date,
    • Setting up local partnerships, organizing and participating in promotional events,
    • You will also be involved in cross-cutting HR projects (partnerships, mobility, employer branding, etc.).

    Preferred experience

    Required Qualities

    We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and a Master's degree.

    • Headhunter in heart and soul,
    • Perfect understanding of the BeNeLux's market and especially in Sales recruitments,
    • Fluent in Dutch, French and English,
    • Very good analytical, listening and communication skills,
    • Rigorous and organised,
    • Team player.

    Required Knowledge

    • You have a first successful recruitment experience in a firm, agency or fast-growing start-up/scale-up,
    • Mastering a TTY (we are using Teamtailor!),
    • Ease with digital tools.
