    Talent Acquisition Sourcer EMEA

    About the Role

    This role is part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team. The mission of our team is to build thoughtful hiring strategies to fill current positions and build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates. This role will support our teams in Operations, Sales, Marketing and Corporate functions for EMEA. In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Building talent market maps, becoming an expert in local, regional and functional markets
    • Identifying top talent, assessing soft and hard skills and short-listing qualified leads
    • Building an inclusive hiring strategy by deep-diving into market insights in order to build a diverse candidate pipeline
    • Providing updates and insights and act as talent advisors to stakeholders in the business
    • Delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
    • Comfortable using data to provide market insights and strategic updates to business stakeholders
    • Working across a variety of roles, levels, functions and/or regions
    • Adapting to multiple hiring organizations, quickly building up business acumen for those teams
    • Understanding employer branding initiatives such as event planning and campaign generation
    • Thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that is constantly evolving

    What the Candidate Will Need

    • 2+ years of experience as a Sourcer, Researcher or Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition space
    • Experience in in-house or agency recruiting
    • Ability to manage various priorities including day-to-day workload and projects
    • Building collaborative relationships with teammates, candidates and hiring managers
