Talent Acquisition Partner Netherlands/Belgium

This role is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for Coloplast Belgium and The Netherlands, based in The Netherlands. You will be responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings. On top of that you will be part of a growing international Talent Acquisition Partner community.
You will serve as an “ambassador” of our company, ensuring a great candidate experience and helping to enhance our employer brand in the marketplace. It is the expectation that this person will be a key driver of the company’s commitment to fostering a diverse & inclusive workplace.

What you will do?
Managing the full recruitment process from A to Z (from profile definition via candidate interviews to managing closing the contract);
Manage the assessments (SHL) and debrief the assessment report to the candidate;
Make recommendations to hiring managers on when to engage with external recruiting partners and manage those partners effectively;
Participate in various (global) TA/HR projects, including employer branding and the collection of recruitment data that will be used to drive continuous improvements in our processes;
Participate in recruiting events and job fairs as needed;
Supporting the HR Manager of The Netherlands on people projects and priorities.
What are we looking for?
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition function and good understanding of both the Dutch and Belgium recruiting market;
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field;
Good knowledge of HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems;
Good knowledge of social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook) and direct search techniques;
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines;
Project management experience and an organized approach to managing a high-volume of tasks;
Fluent (both written and spoken) in Dutch and English;
Willingness to travel to Belgium on occasion.
Preferred (not a must, but a plus) Qualifications
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for the purpose of sourcing talent
Experience with SuccessFactors
Experience recruiting in the Medical Device industry
Able to speak and write in French
