    Talent Acquisition Executive

    • In-House Recruiter - Initial 6 month Contract

    We are seeking an immediately available, accomplished Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Client’s growing professional services business in Europe. The role will be home based with some site visits in due course.

    The management consulting business is the market leader in its field - continued investment in technology & services has led to exceptional growth. The 2021 program for recruitment is in place to support this growth across Asia, with live management consulting & technical staff vacancies in Europe - particularly in France & Germany. The environment is innovative, inspiring and fast paced.

    The appointed contractor will regularly manage between 15 and 20 requisitions on an end-to-basis. Duties will include consulting with hiring managers, placing advertisements, direct sourcing and interviewing candidates, scheduling candidates for hiring manager interviews and managing offers and appointments (in conjunction with the global HR Team).

    If you are available now and can clearly demonstrate a success in a fast paced in-house recruitment environment, are solution orientated (high level of stakeholder engagement with customer focused attitude), then we want to speak with you. The successful candidate will be assigned to hiring managers within the European business units, and manage their requisitions accordingly. Working with the Recruitment Lead and broader HR Team, you will be a trusted advisor to the business.

    Essential Criteria:

    • Must have end-to end in-house recruitment experience within Europe
    • Must be available immediately
    • MUST SPEAK FLUENT FRENCH OR GERMAN
