We are currently looking for a Support Sales Operations Program Manager to join their team in Schiphol.
Job Profile for Support Sales Operations Program Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Contracts Operational Management
Support Pre-Post Contract validation
Support Billing, Credit & Rebill activities
Support T-minus process (Contract renew lifecycle)
Plan processes using qualitative and quantitative methods across Segmentation, Territory Planning and Quota distribution, FastStart and Blueprint
Drive high-quality, cross-segment sales programs and support their execution (with relevant tools, processes, information) for Allocation/Disputes, Oppty & Annuity, Pipeline etc.
Provide data-driven insights about Sales operational execution
Candidate Profile for Support Sales Operations Program Manager
Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Bachelor’s degree is required and/or experience in relevant fields, eg Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Operations, Finance
Minimum 3 years of related experience within Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Program Management and/or Finance
Strong analytical skills and delivery of end-to-end data analysis & “light ups” actionable strategic insights
Superior communication and collaboration skills
Able to structure complex topics/situations and build frameworks to deal with them
History of driving rigor and sales discipline
Focus on providing permanent process optimisation by understanding the desired business outcome
Innovate to deliver standards which enable speed, efficiency and scale in the business
Deep knowledge on business processes, sales operations & programs, and execution
Familiar with financials, pipeline, scorecards, and other relevant business performance measurements
