    Supply Risk Manager

    About the job

    Supply Risk Manager is part of the Procurement Excellence organization and plays a crucial role in implementing a supplier risk management framework. In this role you will build the risk management & escalation process with key stakeholder, both within Cycles & Procurement (C&P) and with Danone Country Business Units, support category and regional teams with efficient tools, dashboards, alerts helping in preventing, avoiding, and managing the inbound supply risk.

    The role is based in the Netherlands, in our central office in Amsterdam (Hoofddorp), and will report to Procurement Excellence & Risk Management Director.

    Your main responsibilities will be to:

    • Build up risk management process with proper governance
    • Develop ways of working, detailed processes, and tool development roadmap
    • Develop risk management policy and procedures
    • Sustain and continuously improve R&P Control Tower: ownership & governance (including IS/IT, Data, and other stakeholders)
    • Conduct risk analysis on supply base and notify management of potential risk events
    • Communicate regularly with senior management through reports and presentation
    • Support the development of risk mitigation plan for medium & high exposure risks. Validate and ensure execution of business contingency plan

    About you

    To become successful in this role, you need to bring relevant experience in Risk Management environment, managing supplier or vendor risks, ideally within the FMCG industry.

    In addition, you:

    • have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in third-party risk management/supply chain/procurement consulting in a n international company
    • have in-depth understanding of supplier risk management practices and methodologies, including risk assessment, and a solid understanding of internal control and mitigation strategy concepts
    • enjoy co-building on ideas and solutions with stakeholders
    • combine strategic thinking with hands-on mentality
    • have strong professional computing skills, including Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, PowerBI)
    • have demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and ideas, and to apply those concepts across multiple content areas
    • are experienced in deploying technology solutions, creating new processes, and driving change across organizations to adhere to/adopt those processes
    • have proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, covering various organizational levels

    Procurement knowledge is a must. Consultancy/ Project leading experience is desirable.
