    Main Job Purpose:

    Unilever International (UI) is the fastest-growing division of Unilever responsible for global imports, exports, seeding and business waste clearance. Set up in 2012, UI partners Global customers in growing UL core & tail brands and new opportunities in agreed markets and channels.

    Responsible for leading the Supply planning operations for the BPC (Beauty & Personal Care) Category and for all UEBV EU sourced products of Unilever International.

    Key job scope includes:

    • Operational Supply Planning

    • Medium & Long Team capacity planning along with UI & UEBV EU Category planners

    • Demand & Supply Reconciliation (DSR), Performance review

    • Flowless Supply to Delivery execution

    • Customer Service support on SC issues from EU sourcing locations

    • Process improvements

    Key Accountabilities:

    Review and Understand the Demand plans in order to manage the adequate Supply Planning.

    • Own the collaboration with all Sourcing sites (own & 3PM) and their stakeholders (SU Planners, UEBV Planners, UI Global SC etc.)

    • Close daily collaboration with the Cap Gemini support teams (from order to invoice)

    • Maintain and update the UEBV Innovation Funnel along with the Master data databases within UI.

    • Identify, manage, mitigate and communicate Supply risks through DSR or other sources.

    • Support with speed and agility any demand changes via adequate supply plans

    • RCCP/LTCP review and capacity risks/go to areas identification. Prepare contingency plans and propose solutions to the business

    • Loss Tree Analysis & solutions for all non-supplied orders (e.g. forecast led loss, capacity led loss, material issues, etc.) per Customer or Region

    • KPI Review within UI and with sourcing units.

    • Support in evaluation of Volume forecast via Anaplan

    • Support and Follow up Innovation networks

    • Support the flowless execution from Supply to Delivery

    • Support the Obsoletes and Inventory management

    Professional Skills:

    Essential:

    Supply chain exposure and collaborative behavioral competencies.

    • Experience on Demand & Supply chain planning

    • Logistics awareness

    • Experience leading and working with virtual teams.

    • Project management skills (working knowledge of MS Project).

    • Communication, Teamwork and Influencing Others skills.

    • Analytical, Organized and ability to hold people accountable.

    • Knowledge of SAP, APO modules, Power BI

    • Fluent in English writing and speaking

    Preferred:

    • Candidates with APICS certification.

    Experience Required:

    Essential:

    5+ yrs experience in Supply Chain out of which at least 2 yrs in supply planning

    • Strong analytical skills

    • Strong Interpersonal skills

    • High level of agility required within a fast-moving business with constant priority changes

    Preferred:

    • S&OP

    Travel: Occasional travel
