What you will do
Improving the support and service we provide to our suppliers and keeping it at a consistently high level is a long-term strategy for Tiqets. As part of the Supply Operations team your goal is to maintain a high and consistent level of support for our suppliers and internal stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for managing operations within Tiqets’ cities, and supporting our regional offices from abroad. You will play a key role in getting products, venues and content online. Next to this you will make sure that our suppliers display their products correctly and in the most optimal way on our website and mobile app by giving advice, provide assistance and execute modifications if needed.

Assisting, advising and supporting our suppliers in the onboarding process and maintaining the products
Executing quality checks in the product creation process and advise suppliers to optimize their offering
Coordinate supply inventory management (including daily reporting and loading inventory)
Provide support to our active partners
Work closely with regional offices to coordinate and make sure content, descriptions, calendars, and pricing regarding popular events or temporary exhibitions happening in their region are up-to-date
Liaise with the regional offices and follow up with the teams in Amsterdam regarding new projects to improve supply operations within Tiqets
Check customer reviews on a daily basis and forward input to the Regional Managers and suppliers and other departments on how to improve the quality of the products
Minimum 1 year of experience with account management, back office operation, or administration
Travel/Tourism background is preferred but not a must
Structured, and well-organized
Operations business-minded, ability to simplify tasks efficiently
Can-do attitude, like to get things done
Strong attention to detail and service minded
Fast learner with ability to adapt to change
Focused on the end-user
Fluent German, French or Italian speaker and proficient in English (spoken and written)
