    Supply Chain Reporting and Process Analyst

    Job Mission

    The Reporting and Process Analyst will drive our Supply Chain improvement initiatives by developing reports, dashboards and creating process mining models and analysis. This role will closely collaborate with worldwide stakeholders on Customer Supply Chain executional processes.

    Job Description

    As the Reporting and Process Analyst, you:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain state-of-the art reports and dashboards
    • Develop process mining data model and analysis with the cutting edge technology
    • Define the methodology for creating visibility and insight in Supply Chain
    • Translate/refine requirements and visualize data into information that can be used to take appropriate action
    • Continuously improve information services in line with stakeholder needs, attunement of implementation planning hands-on assistance, problem solving
    • Be the Subject Matter Expert and the Key User of the reporting and process mining tools within CSCM
    • Work in a team of enthusiastic young professionals, skilled in report and dashboard building, advanced analytics, and process automation (e.g. RPA UiPath)
    • Work proactively with other stakeholders, e.g.: IT and other SCM departments.

    Education

    Relevant Master degree (e.g.: in Industrial Engineering, Operational Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Management, or Engineering).

    Experience

    • 0-3 years relevant experience in a big multinational company (industry or consultancy), ideally with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, or Engineering background
    • Experience in developing reports and dashboards, preferably with tooling such as Spotfire, Power BI, or Tableau
    • Experience in process mining, with tools such as ProM, Disco, or Celonis
    • Affinity with databases and ETL tools such as SAP BW/HANA, EveryAngle, MS Access, or Excel
    • Experience/ knowledge in SAP ECC, SAP BW/HANA, and EveryAngle is an advantage
    • Experience/ knowledge in Agile way of working is an advantage
    • Experience/ knowledge in (P)SQL, Python, or R is an advantage. A hard working, critical thinker with strong communication skills
    • Analytical and able to organize and prioritize own workload.

    Context of the position

    This role is a part of CSCM Service Business Applications team (SBA). The SBA team is responsible to deliver reporting, advanced analytics, and automation applications mainly for CSCM, but also other departments and sectors.
    The ASML Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) team is responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with customers. System downtime costs customers up to a million USD per day so SLAs are extremely tight, with downtime waiting for parts and tools limited to as little as 20 minutes per system per week. CSCM manages such challenges in a global network with thousands of unique spare parts and delivers true customer satisfaction through differentiated and affordable logistics services. ASML’s aggressive time-to-market strategy and increasing system functionality means machines are often upgraded at the customer during their lifetime. CSCM’s highly educated workforce drives planning and execution of the logistics aspects of commercial upgrades, field change orders, machine shipments and transfers.
