    Supply Chain Process Analyst & Automation Developer

    Our Process Improvement team is a dedicated team with the sole mission to enable SNM to make a more powerful impact in their roles and within our supply chain. This team is tasked to simplify, integrate and automate SNM processes within our E2E Supply Chain.
    • Documenting and simplifying our way of working in standards to allow us to scale efficiently
    • Setting up robust processes that can be executed in SAP without workarounds
    • Automating activities and applying business intelligence to operate more proactively
    • Re-establishing roles and responsibilities within Operations (and our E2E supply chain)

    As part of this Process Improvement team, you will be responsible for automating the operational processes within our SNM department. You will be the catalyst of change and the driving force that identifies and quantifies required process changes, in collaboration with the Process Improvement Team and Internal Stakeholders, that will lead to automation initiatives and process improvements helping us achieve new levels of Operational Excellence.

    Job Description

    • You will drive our data and process mining activities to support the identification of process gaps
    • You will be automating operational activities by creating software applications
    • You will be enabling implementation of robotics tooling into operational execution
    • You will be driving and implementing the operational changes throughout the organization by continuously collaborating with stakeholders
    • You will support the team to map and structure our SNM processes / activities
    • You will work in team and closely with internal customers to understand the current way of working
    • You will develop our roadmap for process mining & automation activities in alignment with stakeholders
    • You will establish working relationships with internal stakeholders, technology, subject matter experts, and any other relevant parties;
    • You will develop and/or adopt ways to measure the impact of process automation initiatives

    Education

    Relevant Masters degree (e.g Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Supply chain or Engineering with IT background)

    Experience

    • Proven experience in leading & managingimprovement projects autonomously is a must
    • Proven knowledge and experience in VBA programming isa must (Python, Java and or other languages are an advantage)
    • Proven experience in analyzing, improving andautomating business process steps is preferred
    • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills(incl. data crunching / process analysis / process mining)
    • Expert in Microsoft Office. Excel and PowerPoint is aminimum
    • At least 2 years relevant experience in Supply ChainManagement, Operations or Procurement
    • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC, is astrong plus
    • Analytical nature with a can-do mentality and able toorganize and prioritize own workload
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Context of the position

    Supplier Network Management (SNM), a department of Supply Chain Management (SCM), represents ASML’s logistics and quality interface to its supply base and is responsible for material availability for ASML’s factories. In today’s complex multi-tier supply chains, this is only possible by creating full transparency in the chains and flexibility at suppliers. SNM manages over 100 chains up to seven tiers deep, addressing potential bottlenecks and supply risks before they impact our customers. It must handle the increased complexity of ASML’s systems while reducing cost of ownership for customers. To do this, the SNM supply chain Quality and Logistics professionals work with suppliers to continuously reduce cycle time for components, modules and assemblies, increasing supply chain flexibility and customer value. SNM also monitors suppliers’ quality, flexibility, cycle time reductions, move rate compliance and on-time delivery reliability, driving supplier development in all areas to ensure ASML’s supply keeps pace with technological developments and can adapt to changing market conditions.
