    Supply Chain & Operations Specialist

    This is Adyen

We took an unobvious approach to starting a payments company, building a platform from scratch. Today, we're the payments platform of choice for the world's brightest companies. Our unobvious approach is a product of our diverse perspectives. This diversity, of backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives, is essential in helping us maintain our momentum. Our business challenges are unique, we need as many different voices as possible to join us in solving them - voices like yours. So no matter where you're from, who you love, or what you believe in, we welcome you to be your true self at Adyen.

    Supply Chain & Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Specialist. The Adyen POS solution is driven by a combination of our physical payment devices in store and our core processing platform. The Supply Chain specialist is responsible for the inventory management and processes being performed by the warehouses.

    What you'll do

    • Supply Chain Management: Manage the inbound, warehouse and outbound processes to support our POS products; including forecast planning and ordering, inventory management, production processes and reversed logistics. You work closely together with our suppliers, warehouses, other partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the right quality of products and services to our merchants.
    • Escalations: Analyze and resolve issues by liaising with the appropriate teams within the company or with our supply chain partners. Communicate daily with the stakeholders and effectively track progress to ensure that issues are resolved.
    • Reporting: help building the appropriate performance reports in tight relationship with our performance management team members.
    • Growth and Expansion: Based on business requirements, contribute to the new products introduction or help setting up new locations via the existing warehouse/partner integrations.

    Who you are

    • Hands on: you are motivated to manage your stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
    • Pragmatic: You will have strong problem-solving capabilities to take concrete action plans and execute against them while dealing with daily operational tasks.
    • Communicative: You align and collaborate with colleagues from different departments and external relations such as suppliers and partners.
    • Willing to travel: a global organization means a global mindset.
    • Tech savvy: Enthusiastic about modern technology and the adoption in the daily operations to bring Supply Chain Management to the next level.
