This team will help to lead change at individual, team, Marketplace Unit (MPU), and Functional level by introducing different practices to harmonize ways of working across Operations (like Agile, Nike Logistics System, Lean, etc.). It will also focus strongly on team dynamic, servant leadership, and empowerment. This will mean that you adopt and lead change, challenge the status quo and are reflective and observant of yourself and others.

    As our Supply Chain Operations Lead (Marketplace Operations Lead) for Transition Management and Ways Of Working, you will work closely with 1-2 teams by building and sustaining an agile mentality and effective ways of working through qualitative transition management, coaching, facilitation, and mentoring. You'll be working across the Operations team, working with the Supply Chain teams in our European HQ in Hilversum, but also with our Logistics teams in our European Logistics Campus in Laakdal, Belgium.

    We are actively recruiting 3x Supply Chain Operations Lead (Marketplace Operations Lead) for Transition Management and Ways Of Working

    What will you be doing?

    • Facilitate transition for small cross-functional teams through small change journeys
    • Role modelling, building and driving an agile mindset and behaviors in individuals and teams
    • Servant leader, with strong team health and performance focus, supporting 1-2 teams
    • Implementing, coaching and continuously improving the new way of working (tools, methodologies & processes)
    • Sustaining this mindset and way of working, observing and assessing for continuous improvement
    • Align, inform and support teams, team members and impacted business partners on team dynamics and ways of working

    Who you will work with;

    You'll join as a part of a larger, cross-functional team, spanning across our full EMEA operations, which spans the Supply Chain teams in our EHQ in Hilversum, but also the Logistics teams on our European Logistics Campus in Laakdal, Belgium. This role will support the full operations organization to change their ways of working and become more streamlined as one operations function, where consumer delight and employee engagement are at the heart of what we will do.

    What you will bring;

    • At least 1-3 years' experience in supply chain operations, retail allocation, planning (Demand, Supply, Retail, Business) or logistics management role within the retail or consumer goods industry management role within the retail or consumer goods industry
    • You have a passion for growing yourself, others and the business
    • Basic change/transition management experience
    • Basic experience in mentoring, facilitation and/or conflict resolution
    • Functional business experience and understanding of how strategic goals and metrics translate into measurable goals for individual teams
    • Experience with Agile, Lean or Process Improvement is a plus
