    Supply Chain Manager for Projects

    About the role

    The Supply Chain Manager for Projects is responsible for enabling the production /volume ramp ups for NPI and industrial projects. On-time and efficient implementation of changes are key. The Supply Chain Manager secures BG project requirements are translated into the supply chain and secures supply chain requirements are covered in the projects. He/she is part of project core team and leader of the volume ramp up team and connects the BG with the supply chain.

    What you will do

    • Lead volume ramp-up teams for NPIs,(New Product Introductions) Transfer and Product Optimization projects
    • Represent Supply Chain Management in NPI and Industrial projects
    • Safeguard PCN (Product Change Notification) implementation according to agreed plans
    • Define and ensure implementation of new goods flows
    • Ensure correct supply chain set up within the VRUs (Vlólume Ramp Ups) and projects
    • Ensure business requirements are understood and fulfilled in supply chain management and supply chain requirements are fulfilled by the project
    • Act as Advocate for supply chain needs
    • Drive process improvements for VRU, PCN Implementation and SCM involvement in NPI and Industrial Projects

    What you will need

    • Master's degree in business, preferably with focus on logistics or supply chain management
    • 3-5 years experience, preferably in Supply Chain environments
    • Able to manage complex problems
    • Ability to lead teams, also in remote mode
    • Independent / decision-making ability
    • Hands-on mentality to drive into details
    • Flexible on varying workload
    • Excellent communication, influencing skills
