Herewith, the supply chain department is playing a crucial role in the delivery of our quality products in perfect order to our customers.
In this new role as Supply Chain Excellence Lead EMEA, you will become the safeguard of continuous improvement for all supply chain processes. In essence, you are a central member of our team and you drive the development of people, processes, and tools to support our strategic excellence roadmap.

You will act as a real connector and align, consult, and instruct many stakeholders on relevant topics regarding supply chain. Think of Operations, Sales, Finance, Business Development, Sustainability and other. You will report directly to the Manager Planning, but will oversee a scope covering the A-Z of our supply chain. Besides developing the supply chain function further, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of new supply chains as we continue to develop our product portfolio in for example, plant based and/or organic.
The setting is special: you will work in a multidisciplinary team, in which you will focus on increasing our Perfect Order Fulfillment and lead various projects to optimize our supply chains. Standing firm in your shoes while walking on your excellence roadmap path, you successfully manage the hurdles on the way, and you are aware that the true strength of our team lies in working together and improving each other daily. Alone, you will achieve great things, together, we will achieve even more!
Some of the hard skills we hope to see in your resume:
You worked with SAP or other ERP and have mastered Excel;
English and (preferably) Dutch language proficiency;
Certification in Lean Six Sigma, APICS and/or problem solving is a big advantage.
