    About the role

    A highly visible supply chain leadership role for the full end to end Supply Chain for the hub, and as part of the cluster leadership team. Supply chain involves various processes including demand planning, customer supply, in-country distribution and master data management and customer collaboration. As well as maintaining and enhancing the supply chain relationship with strategic customers and initiating the customer collaboration agenda with European based global customers and local priority customers, at strategic and tactical level.

    The Supply Chain Director is accountable for the efficiency of the supply chain, aligned to the strategic imperatives of cash, cost, customer and service.

    Key areas of focus

    • Responsible for full end to end COGS and are seen as a key point of contact for the business
    • Responsible for the End to End OTC process in-country
    • Delivery of key KPI’s (Case fill, OTIFNE, Sales Forecast Accuracy, Inventory targets, cost)
    • Key member of the executive team for Northern Europe and the Continental European Supply Chain leadership team.
    • Managing the customer base to deliver Diageo competitive advantage
    • Driving opportunities to reduce Cost of Goods and cost to serve for Diageo year on year
    • Developing and implementing long term goals in order to ensure efficiency of Supply Chain
    • Work with the in-country leadership teams to create a platform for team success and ownership of Supply Chain.
    • Leading a highly skilled team, that manage demand planners, master data coordinators, distribution/logistics team and also customer supply/collaboration leads across multiple geographies/countries.

    To be successful in role you will demonstrates leadership when managing customers to maximise Diageo value

    You will demonstrate a strong analytical and logical approach to problem solving that generates cost effective and commercially viable solutions. You’ll be a S&OP expert and a business process expert (SAP, APO, Aris etc).

    You will have strong end to end supply chain experience and be comfortable navigating and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
