    Supply Center Field Service Specialist

    Job title: Supply Center Field Service Specialist, EMEA

    Position location: (Remote) The role will be based from home with 50% - 80% travel across UK & Western Europe

    The role:

    The Supply Center Field Specialist will report directly to the Manager, Supply Center Operations within corporate eBusiness. In this role, you will deliver field-based support of Supply Center channel activities to ensure exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring Supply Centers have accurate and optimized inventory, properly functional equipment, and related marketing initiatives. You will work directly with our customers, eBusiness project managers, sales teams, and Customer Care to drive growth of the Supply Center channel.

    Key responsibilities:

    • During site visits you will ensure inventory is properly merchandized and organized within the Supply Center. You’ll maintain inventory electronically via Supply Center Management System.
    • Ensure Supply Centers are properly branded according to company guidelines. Provide relevant marketing related support for Supply Centers in region to drive customer awareness and engagement.
    • Provide remote support for basic hardware and software troubleshooting by coaching customer or local colleague to resolve basic issues quickly (ie, re-establishing internet connection, adjust system settings via tablet or kiosk, etc).
    • Provide onsite support to troubleshoot and correct hardware and software issues of moderate or greater complexity to resolve quickly (ie, investigate cause of recurring internet connectivity issues, investigate cause of RFID inventory discrepancies, etc.)
    • Gather and share voice of customer from the field with the business.
    • Assist with product shows, seminars, on-site promotions, and other on-site promotional events tied to the Supply Center as well as launch of new Supply Center locations.
    • Ensure positive customer experience for internal and external customers by addressing issues which may arise in a timely manner.

    We are looking for someone who:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in scientific field with experience in inventory management, customer service, sales, or eBusiness.
    • French speaking preferred.
    • Strong technical and working knowledge of inventory management systems and practices
    • Proven ability to build partnerships and work across matrixed organization
    • Experience in supporting cross-cultural, cross functional and virtual teams
    • A high level of integrity and principles that embrace transparency
    • Willingness and ability travel at least 50% within EMEA
