What we are looking for;
Here at Nike European Headquarters we are looking for a Supply and Inventory Planner! As our Supply and Inventory Planner you are responsible for managing the process that secures on time supply for a specific group of products. The role requires you to identify and flag the commercial risks and opportunities associated with supply and inventory which necessarily means you will need a comprehensive understanding of how Nike supply chain operates, able to explain complex issues in a compelling manner as well as the drive to pursue collaborative solutions should issues occur.
What you will be doing;
Contribute to setting and executing a buy strategy across all supply chain models that optimally balances the challenge of maximizing PIFOT (Plan in Full on Time), while maintaining E2E inventory health
Proactively address, resolve, and call out any operational issues affecting the on-time delivery of product
Perform all functions related to the execution of buy process for assigned products
Contribute to EMEA Demand and Supply Management strategy deployment process as well as other projects
Who you will work with;
You will partner with the Category, as well as Supply and Inventory Planning partners to provide regular insight on PIFOT performance and recommend and drive actions to resolve issues
Working across our manufacturing network, you will ensure effective communication with our partners in Liaison Offices
What you will bring;
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supply chain, supply planning, demand planning or inventory planning focused role
Strong numerical skills, detail oriented, the ability to work in a deadline driven environment
A solution driven mindset with a passion for problem solving and unraveling complex issues
Experience of engaging and communicating across all levels of business partner, both functional and cross-functional
Advanced Excel and analytical skills, and an affinity for reporting and presentation tools are preferred
Team spirit mindset to support peers and business with functional tasks and projects
Experience working with Tableau visualization software
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics or related fields
