Cartier Benelux & Nordics Supply and Demand Planner
You are responsible for optimizing and monitoring stock and inventory in our wholesale & retail networks. You will work with 6 boutiques and 40 Watch Specialists points of sales across Benelux & Nordics region.
Your main responsibility will be to optimize the supply and stock availability, while respecting product strategy, commercial guidelines and Central Operations.
You are reporting to the Merchandising Manager.
How will you make an impact?
Assess the supply needs on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to reach sales target and ideal stock level by point of sales in our boutiques and watch specialists partners. Discuss ad hoc support to echo marketing and commercial campaigns.
Revise assortments based on Marketing and Commercial team’s feedback, performance analysis and in respect of Central Operations guideline.
Elaborate stock value target for the zone.
Drive evolution in administrative processes to improve supply efficiency and productivity.
Propose assortment quantities on novelties in collaboration with Marketing Product Managers and upload agreed ones in the system. Make sure that purchase orders (manual or automated) are triggered accordingly.
Provide reporting and analysis on a weekly and monthly basis.
Stock management (jewelry, watches, accessories):
Allocate stock per network for products replenished in a “non-dedicated” way.
Plan and execute stock re-balancing among networks and countries. Monitor transfers from one location to another and in charge of executing accurate SAP flows.
Analyze inventory management performance: actual stock vs target, plan ad-hoc stock supply push. Alert on risks, shortages or changes in trend. Initiate returns and other action plans on slow movers.
Execute the ordering process: placing manual orders, chasing delays, amending or cancelling obsolete orders.
Share the planned deliveries with sales operations and other internal customers.
How will you experience success with us?
Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or Business management
Previous experience in marketing, merchandising or supply chain in a commercial/retail environment required
Self-motivated, quick learner, positive attitude, ability to plan and prioritize
